The customer is responsible of any item for return during transit.Xport Buy will not be responsible for any return shipments that have been damaged or lost during transit.
When you will be receiving your returned parcel Xport Buy will issue a returned will in 30 business days.
A refund will be credited to the payment method used to your order.Refund notification email you will receive when refund is issued.
A full refund or replacement can be issued,subject to below condition:
-The item is bought from Xport Buy.
-You have submitted the return request via Xport Buy support Global.
-You have received our permission for your request.
-Please you have returned your item with your video.
-Your item you have returned with the original packaging and in the condition as how you received it(including all accessories,all materials,price,taps,free gifts etc).
-The item is returned within 30 days after the request is authorized.
-The return reason is/are due to Xport Buy related issues.
If administrative and restocking fees apply, it will be deducted from the refund of the order amount.
