DESCRIPTION
The Swagman | DELUXE BAR ADAPTOR creates a top tube for your bike by attaching to the steering tube below the stem and seat post of your bikes. This will allow the ratcheting arms of your bike to hold small or unconventional shaped bike securely by grabbing onto the adaptor.
